We offer a consultative gift service and work with all client briefs and budgets to create impressive, locally and responsibly made corporate gifts that align with your brand and key objectives.
STEP 1
Advise your product & packaging requirements.
Submit your Corporate Enquiry Form or email/phone our office with your product requests and specifications and any customised packaging needs.
PRODUCT SELECTION
Select one of our Corporate & Settlement curated gifts from our online store. Or curate a custom gift by advising any product requests or specifications, such no alcohol or gluten-free. We’ll design some custom gift options for your review and feedback.
BRANDED PACKAGING
We’d be delighted to assist you with any custom branding on one or more elements of our sustainable packaging design. For more information, please see below Corporate Gifting Customisation & Delivery
STEP 2
Approve proposal & submit your logo
OUR PROPOSAL
Once your gift is designed, we send a proposal with the selected products and any packaging customisation requests for your approval. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
ARTWORK
If you’ve requested any customised packaging, we will require your brand guidelines and logo file. A proof will be emailed to you for approval before production.
CORPORATE ORDER FORM
If sending gift sets to multiple addresses, with various specifications, please complete our Corporate Bulk Order Form. This form requests all recipients’ addresses and allows for individual messages and any other individual requests, such as dietary intolerances.
STEP 3
We wrap, box and deliver your gifts seamlessly.
We will carefully pack and send your order on the agreed dispatch date confirmed in the proposal. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we can advise the best dispatch dates for your preferred delivery date.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to dispatch.
We'll email you images of your impressive, sustainably made gifts along with your postal tracking numbers. And we’ll follow up to find out how much your recipients enjoyed their gifts, make sure there are no issues…and say thanks!

You can select from our Corporate & Settlement curated gift boxes online for various occasions and budgets.
Our curated gifts are ready to ship. If you're ordering multiple gift sets for different addresses, you'll need to email us the details at corporate@respectfullymelbourne.com.au and we'll create one order and invoice.
CUSTOMISED GIFT BOXES
We can assist you select from our wide range of locally and sustainably made premium gift items to curate a gift perfectly tailored to your recipients, occasion and brand.
Please note we do not customise our products with branding, any modification would compromise the aesthetics of your gift.
GIFT CARDS
All corporate gifts come with a complimentary gift card. You can include individual messages for your recipients or a group message for all gifts, with up to 200-characters. We can handwrite or print your messages.
BRANDED PACKAGING
SEMI-CUSTOM GIFT DESIGN
Our semi-custom gifting allows you to incorporate your brand in one or more ways across our sustainable packaging design. Allowing lower minimums and shorter lead times than our full-custom gifting option.
You can add your brand logo and colours to the following packaging elements depending on your budget and objectives:
- Gift box sleeve
- Gift Card
- Tissue wrap
- Stickers
- Gift Menu
A minimum order of 20 gift sets is required, and a quote can be provided per gift set. A 1–2-week lead time is required.
FULL-CUSTOM GIFT DESIGN
Our full custom corporate gifting involves customising every element of the packaging design, including the gift box. All Respectfully Melbourne branding is replaced with your brand logo and colour suite.
A minimum order of 50 gift packages is required, and a quote can be provided per gift set. A 4–6-week lead time is required.
DELIVERY
- We deliver our gifts Australia wide using Australia Post, and offset our delivery carbon by proudly partnering with Greenfleet.
- Standard delivery: flat rate of $9.95 per gift set or free for gifts over $140
- Express Shipping: $19.95 per gift set, Australia wide.
- Should all gift sets be going to one address, such as your workplace, a quote can be provided.
- Please complete our Corporate Bulk Order Form for multiple recipients, addresses and specifications.
- We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date however we can assist with the best dispatch date for your preferred delivery date. If shipping to Melbourne metropolitan areas (within 50km of CBD) we can guarantee "same day" delivery on a specific date, and can obtain a quote from our courier partner, Go People.
