If any gift items arrive damaged from transit or faulty, we are very sorry. All products are quality checked before dispatch, however very occasionally things can go wrong. Should this happen, you can return the damaged item (if we’re notified within 3 days of the gift being received) or faulty item and we will replace the product and pay for the return postal charges. If the product is sold out, we will offer a full refund.

Please email us at hello@respectfullymelbourne.com.au to obtain prior approval if you intend to seek a replacement, exchange or refund. Please include the order number, reason for the return and image of the faulty goods.

If we approve the item/s to be returned, we recommend using a tracked postal service as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges of any undelivered goods. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if an exchange or refund has been approved.

Please note, if you give us any incorrect information upon ordering, such as delivery details, we will try our best to rectify the situation. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the address, delivery instructions and information you give us is correct. Please make sure you check details thoroughly before placing your order.
We do not accept refunds if you change your mind, however if you are not happy with your gift, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve your concerns.
