We hope you’ll find everything you need to know about our gift delivery service below. However, if you don’t find the information you’re looking for, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
All orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 2pm AEDT will be dispatched the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please contact us if not received, making sure to check your junk mail and allowing up to 12 hours for your parcel to be onboard for delivery.

Our gift set are carefully hand packed and shipped without receipts and pricing information. This way you can deliver directly to your recipient’s door, or ship to yourself and hand deliver your gift.
