Delivery

We hope you’ll find everything you need to know about our gift delivery service below. However, if you don’t find the information you’re looking for, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

All orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day.  Orders made after 2pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please contact us if not received, make sure to check your junk mail and allow up to 12 hours between packing and onboard delivery. 

Respectfully Melbourne has 3 shipping options, please select your preferred option under shipping at checkout:

 

Standard: $9.95 via Australian Post. Free for orders over $140.

Timeframe: 3 – 7 days, delivery to regional areas may vary.

 

Express Post: $19.95 via Australia Post.

Timeframe: Express Post is a next day delivery service which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.  If your order is for delivery outside this Express Post network, next day service is not guaranteed, however the fastest possible transport link will be used.

 

Same day Delivery (Melbourne metro only): Via Startrack Express. The shipping rate is calculated based on the distance from our office (Glen Iris) to the delivery address.

Timeframe: Your order must be placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) to be delivered the same day to Metropolitan Melbourne Suburbs within 50km radius of Melbourne CBD.

Please note Same Day Delivery is not available on weekends or Public Holidays unless requested in advance at hello@respectfullymelbourne.com.au

Our gift set are carefully hand packed and shipped without receipts and pricing information. This way you can deliver directly to the lucky recipient’s door, or ship to yourself and hand deliver your gift.
